To strengthen our growth team, Exam Packaging is currently looking for a Junior Accountant.
In this role Exam Packaging’s accountant supervises all accounting, management, treasury, tax and financial communication functions and carries out the various tasks in collaboration with the external accounting office, continually respecting the legal, safety, quality, order and cleanliness standards in application.
Key Responsibilities
Amongst others, the tasks include:
- Control and recording of daily accounting operations (sales, purchases, financial and various operations)
- Completion of administrative declarations
- Preparation of intermediate and annual controls and closures
- Monitoring of the company’s cash flow
- Payment of salaries
- Completion of VAT declarations
- Preparation and communication of financial reports
Profile
- Bachelor diploma in accountancy
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function
- You easily master MS Office tools. Experience of the Winbooks accounting software is a plus
- You master the legal regulations regarding VAT and INTRASTAT
- You work in a rigorous, organized, demanding and discrete way
- You have analytical skills
- You are open and sociable, flexible, dynamic and autonomous. You love working in a team
- You demonstrate open-mindedness, a spirit of initiative and proactivity
- Good spoken and written knowledge of French and/or Dutch and of English
